Terms of service

By using Adbris you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — questions go to legal@adbris.com.

1. The service

Adbris monetises your ad inventory through Google Ad Manager, reports your revenue via the Adbris dashboard, and pays you a contractually agreed share on Net-30 (or Net-45 during your first 90 days).

2. What we expect from you

• Real, original content — no scraped sites or click-farm traffic
• Compliance with Google's publisher policies
• Accurate information on your application + ongoing account
• No attempts to artificially inflate impressions or clicks

3. Payments

Payments are calculated monthly based on your tier's revenue share applied to net revenue from GAM (after the partner's MCM cut). Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month; payment is released on Net-30 / Net-45 per your tenure.

4. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time with 30 days notice. Final payment is released on the standard cycle after termination.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in Bengaluru courts.
